Bengaluru, Nov 02: Educationist and entrepreneur of Awoora Kupwara, Dr Naveed Afzal War was awarded a PhD degree in Bangalore in the presence of chief minister Basavraj Bommai, Dr. Ashwath Narayan – Minister of Higher Education and Padma Bhushan Nambi Narayanan.
