In commemoration of the Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda – The Icon and Ideal for the Youth of India, National Youth Day was celebrated across the Nation. In district Rajouri, the event was organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra Rajouri under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports at Dak Bungalow Rajouri. Pawan Kumar Parihar, ADDC was the Chief Guest of the event.
The ADDC, in his address, shed light on the teachings and preaching of Saint Swami Vivekananda Ji and the importance of National Youth Day. He said that Swami Vivekananda Ji wanted the youth to contribute towards nation building , the way the government is striving for a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
