Kupwara, Aug 31: My youth my pride 5th District Kupwara Yogasana Sports Championship successfully concluded on Saturday at Indoor Sports Stadium Handwara. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from Yogasana players across the district, showcasing their talent and dedication towards Yogasana sports.
The closing ceremony was graced by ZPO Mushtaq Ah. And Zeeshan khan Tahsildar Handwara attended the event as the Chief Guest. The event was also honored by the presence of Mudasir Ahmad Sheikh an observer from the J&K Sports Council.
In his address, Kahwa Barkat congratulated all the participants for their outstanding performances and encouraged them to continue their journey in the field of sports and wellness. He emphasized the importance of yoga in maintaining physical and mental well-being, especially for the youth.
Mushtaq Ahmad khan ZPO representing the J&K Sports Council, expressed his appreciation for the organizers and participants. He assured continued support from the Sports Council to promote and develop sports activities, including yogasana, in the district.
The event concluded with the distribution of medals and trophies among the participants, recognizing their hard work and dedication. The winners were applauded for their achievements, and all participants were encouraged to keep up their efforts in promoting health and fitness through yoga.
