Srinagar, Oct 17: Former Chief Minister and President of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Mehbooba Mufti, expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sudden demise of Wasil Dolwal, the Youth leader and District President for Kishtwar. Dolwal, who had been battling cancer, passed away this morning after a brief illness.
