Jammu, Nov 30: Mission Director National Health Mission (NHM) J&K Ayushi Sudan on Wednesday reviewed different schemes of maternal health programme in the union territory.
On the occasion, Dr Qazi Haroon, Programme Manager Maternal Health NHM J&K gave a detailed presentation on the achievements of the UT. JSY, JSSK, PMSMA, E- PMSMA, C – Section Audit, MDSR and LaQshya Certification was discussed with CMOs, Medical Superintendents, BMOs, DPMs and other officers of the Health and Medical Education Department.
The MD NHM emphasised on providing quality care to all pregnant females especially laying focus on hard to reach and inaccessible areas. She called on line listing of high-risk pregnancies and management of HRPs so that MMR can further be decreased to a large extent.
Ayushi complimented the officers for working hard and making J&K one of the best performing UTs in ANC registration and Institutional deliveries.
