Ganderbal, Oct 31: In the loving memory of J&K Police Martyrs, Martyrs Police Premier League Volleyball Tournament organised under Police Flag Day Week concluded on Tuesday at DPL Ganderbal with huge fervour and enthusiasm.
The Grand finale of Martyrs Police Premier League Volleyball Tournament was played between PHSS Watlar & GHSS Khurhama, which was won by GHSS Khurhama by 2:0. At the conclusion, both winner and runner-up teams were awarded with cash prizes & trophies.
Police appreciated all the participants who took part in different cultural, sports and educational events which were organised under the banner of Police Flag Day Week on the directions of SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS. It is pertinent to mention here that various sports & cultural events were held by Police in the district for last ten days in order to foster the spirit of unity among the participants & also provided the opportunity & platform to the students & youth of the district to explore their talent and art.
