Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday has booked man under Public Safety Act for being involved in Anti- National Activities in Taripora Sheeri area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A Police spokesperson said that acting tough against ANEs Baramulla Police booked two persons namely Tanveer Ahmad Khan S/O Abdul Rashid R/O Taripora Sheeri under Public Safety Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent Authority.
“The booked person has been detained and subsequently lodged in District Jail Kathua”, he said.
Pertinent to mention that many cases are registered against him and were involved in anti-national activities. Despite his involvement in many FIR’s he did not mend his anti national activities.
