Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha on Sunday visited the residence of Cop Saifullah Qadri, who was shot dead near his residence in Soura area of Srinagar district on Tuesday.
Taking to a micro blogging site, twitter, Office of the LG J&K wrote, “Visited Soura, Srinagar to meet the injured daughter of JKP Martyr Saifullah Qadri, India’s bravest cop. Wished a speedy recovery to her and assured the grieving family of every help and assistance.”
A Police constable Saifullah Qadri was killed while his nine-year-old daughter was injured when suspected militants opened fire on them outside their house in Soura, on the outskirts of Srinagar, on Tuesday afternoon.
