Srinagar, Apr 05: Chief Minister’s Advisor, Nasir Aslam Wani on Saturday said the government believes that Business Rules and the limits set by the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act 2019 should be respected and followed.
Speaking to reporters here, Wani said the government is aware of its powers and responsibilities. “We also believe that the Business Rules and the limits mentioned in the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act 2019 must be followed,” he said.
His statement came a day after Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said he had acted responsibly and within the limits defined by the Reorganization Act when he recently transferred 48 JKAS officers.
