Varanasi, May 06:Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha delivered a keynote address at a conference held in Varanasi, focusing on the themes of the 21st century and Aatmanirbhar Bharat. In his speech, the Lt Governor emphasized India’s remarkable transformation and historic growth trajectory.
