Jammu, Mar 29: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has greeted the people on the beginning of Chaitra Navratri festival.
In a message, the Lieutenant Governor has said: “Heartiest greetings and best wishes to all on the beginning of Chaitra Navratri. I also extend my felicitations to our Kashmiri Pandit brothers and sisters who are cele-brating Navreh.
The sacred festival marks the victory of righteousness over evil and knowledge over ignorance. May the Navratri Festivities inspire us to tread the path of right conduct and build a vibrant society in which wom-en are respected as equal partners in nation building. I pray to Maa Durga to shower her blessings on all. Jai Mata Di!”
