KPDCL, STD Pattan held first ever annual award Ceremony in Pattan

KPDCL held First ever Annual Award Ceremony for it’s dedicated employees in STD Sub division pattan area of North Kashmirs Baramulla district.

 

As per Kashmir News Service (KNS), Sub Division Pattan of STD Sopore, under the leadership of AEE Sub Transmission Department Er Fayaz Ahmad Wani, made history today by organizing the first-ever annual award ceremony at the Receiving Station Palhalan.

The event marked a significant achievement in the history of the Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL).

The ceremony celebrated the outstanding contributions of employees in various fields, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining minimal interruptions, excellence in technical work, cleanliness of receiving stations, and the emergence of new technicians.

The employee were honored with trophies, recognizing their dedication and hard work over the past year.

The Chief Guest, Er Dalbir Singh, SE O & M North Circle, presented the awards, supported by distinguished attendees such as Er Mateen Sheerwani, Executive Engineer STD Sopore, Er Manzoor Ahmad Wani, TO to SE North, Er Asif Beigh, TO to Xen STD Sopore, Er Abdul Qayoom Bhat and other officials were also present in the event.

SE O&M North Circle emphasized the importance of recognizing and motivating employees.

“The aim behind this award ceremony is to boost the morale of our dedicated employees who have worked tirelessly throughout the year 2023-24,” he said

The organiser of this award Ceremony AEE STD Pattan Er Fayaz Ahmad wani such initiatives would continue in the future, reinforcing the commitment to employee recognition and motivation within KPDCL.

The event concluded with a sense of pride and motivation among the employees, setting a positive precedent for the years to come.(KNS)
