Srinagar, Oct 10: Khyber Cement’s ‘Driving Sustainability through Standards’ bike rally in association with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for World Standards Day 2024, commenced on 9th October 2024. The bike rally started from Srinagar and will conclude at the Siachen Base Camp. This initiative promotes organizational sustainability by implementing proactive monitoring measures that strengthen transparency and uphold ethical practices.
Khyber’s participation in the event underscores its dedication to driving meaningful change, extending its impact beyond business.
The ceremony featured notable attendees, including Mr Riaz Tramboo, Director of Operations at Khyber Cement; Manzoor Ahmad Mir, Head of Commercials, Legal & Regulatory Affairs at Khyber Cement; and Pankaj Atri, Joint Director of the Bureau of Indian Standards, Jammu and Kashmir.
