Jammu May 04: Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta on Saturday flagged off the BJP Mahila Morcha team of Jammu & Kashmir to Maharashtra for an extensive election campaign in view of Lok Sabha polls.
Expressing his confidence in the capability of the Mahila Morcha Team headed by its President Sanjita Dogra, Kavinder highlighted the crucial role women play in shaping the political landscape.
Kavinder emphasised the importance of enlightening the citizens of Maharashtra about the transformative changes brought about by the Modi government’s bold decision to abrogate Art 370 from the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir. “BJP Mahila Morcha Team, led by its dynamic President Sanjita Dogra, would serve as the vanguard in disseminating this crucial information across Maharashtra,” he said.
Reflecting on the significance of the occasion, Gupta remarked, “The abrogation of Article 370 has heralded a new era of progress and prosperity for the people of Jammu and Kashmir. It is imperative that the citizens of Maharashtra, and indeed the entire nation, are made aware of the unprecedented development witnessed in the region under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
Sanjita Dogra, President of the BJP Mahila Morcha Team, thanked Kavinder Gupta for his unwavering support and vowed to uphold the party’s values throughout the campaign.
She echoed Gupta’s sentiments, affirming the team’s unwavering commitment to illuminate Maharashtra with the truth about Jammu and Kashmir’s transformative journey towards growth and prosperity.
She pledged, “As torchbearers of the BJP’s principles and vision, our team is dedicated to spreading awareness about the transformative impact of the Modi government’s policies in Jammu and Kashmir. We will leave no stone unturned in ensuring that the people of Maharashtra understand and appreciate the monumental changes underway in the region.” (KNS)
