To pay honour and respect to J&K Police Head Constable Bashir Ahmed who attained martyrdom while fighting against terrorists in village Kog (Mandli), under the jurisdiction of P/S Billawar, District Kathua, Wreath laying ceremony was held at Gulshan Ground Gandhi Nagar Jammu this evening where floral tributes were paid to the martyr.
Nalin Prabhat, Director General of Police, Operations and Security J&K and all personnel paid homage to the martyr. All Police officers, colleagues and family members paid rich tributes & laid floral wreaths on the mortal remains of the martyr.
The slain’ body was later on handed over to his next of kins for last rites.
Jammu and Kashmir Police stands by the family of Martyr at this critical juncture and pay our rich tributes to the martyr for his supreme sacrifice made in the line of duty.
