Kashmir Cyber Police Issues Advisory on Suspicious Phone Numbers

The cyber police in Kashmir on Friday appealed to people not to respond to any suspicious ISD or virtual phone number calls.

In a statement issued here, cyber police said, “The general public is advised to remain cautious towards telecommunications from suspicious ISD or virtual phone numbers and is requested not to respond to any of such calls that are spreading rumors regarding the upcoming G-20 event.”

It said, “Cyber Police Kashmir has already taken cognizance in case FIR No. 11/2023 of PS Cyber Crime Kashmir, and an investigation is underway. For any grievance on this issue, contact Cyber Police Station, Kashmir Zone, Srinagar.” give some headlines
