Srinagar: Congress leader and party’s Tribal Affairs in-charge Kadfeen Choudhary has hailed the recent announcement made by Tribal Affairs Secretary Shahid Iqbal Choudhary that more than Rs 45 crore will be allocated to tribal students in Jammu and Kashmir in the form of various scholarships.
Kadfeen in a statement said, “This remarkable initiative is a testament to Shahid Choudhary’s unwavering commitment to promoting education and uplifting the underprivileged sections of society. The scholarship program introduced by the government is poised to bring about numerous benefits for the students hailing from the tribal communities of Jammu and Kashmir. It will not only provide financial assistance but also serve as a catalyst for their academic growth and overall development. This generous gesture will enable deserving students to pursue higher education, empowering them to explore new horizons and achieve their aspirations.”
The Congress leader said he is confident that this substantial scholarship will serve as a beacon of hope for the tribal communities in Jammu and Kashmir. “It will pave the way for a brighter future, empowering the students with the necessary resources to excel in their academic pursuits. I applaud Shahid Choudhary’s vision and commitment to creating equal opportunities for all, fostering inclusive growth, and uplifting the marginalized sections of society,” he said.
“On behalf of the community, I express my sincere gratitude to Shahid Choudhary for his extraordinary initiative and extend my best wishes for the successful implementation of this scholarship program. May his efforts inspire others to follow suit, contributing to the holistic development of our society and the empowerment of the underprivileged students in Jammu and Kashmir,” Kadfeen said.
