Srinagar, Oct 22: Police in Ganderbal organised an exhibition programme on Tuesday at the District Police Lines (DPL) here to remember the J&K Police Martyrs.
“The event aimed to honour the brave hearts who sacrificed their lives for the nation,” a police spokesperson said in a statement issued here.
He added, “A two-minute silence was observed in their memory. The exhibition featured stories of valour and courage, displayed on screens for the participants, which included students, civil and police administration officers, and the families of police martyrs.”
Heartfelt lectures were delivered as a tribute to all J&K Police Martyrs, highlighting their contributions and sacrifices, the spokesperson said.
DySP DAR DPL Ganderbal, Nazir Ahmad, concluded the programme by thanking all participants for their presence and participation in honouring the martyrs.
