JKB FSL launches ‘Quick Board’ for online customer onboarding

Platform will make services are accessible to our customers: J&K Bank MD & CEO

Srinagar, Jul 25: JKB Financial Services Limited (JKB FSL), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of J&K Bank, has today unveiled an innovative online solution for customer onboarding with a user-friendly interface.

Marking a significant step towards enhancing the customer experience in the financial sector, J&K Bank MD & CEO Baldev Prakash, who is also Chairman of JKB FSL, today launched ‘Quick Board’ here at the Bank’s corporate headquarters in presence of the JKB FSL Board of Directors and Bank’s Cross Selling Vertical. Other senior officials of the Bank and JKB FSL were also present at the launch event.

Speaking on the occasion, Bank’s MD & CEO Baldev Prakash commended the JKB FSL team for augmenting the digital landscape of the company. He said, “As is case with J&K Bank, we want digital transformation in JKB FSL as well and Quick Board is a significant step towards achieving this goal. With India’s financial markets witnessing remarkable growth especially the mutual fund industry, this platform will make our services more convenient and accessible to our customers anywhere in the world.”

“Importantly, our objective at JKB FSL is to onboard more and more individuals from this region, enabling them to participate in and benefit from the wealth creation opportunities in the flourishing financial markets of our country. The platform will also ensure greater compliance with all the KYC documents automatically verified through the concerned registration agencies”, he added.

Expressing pleasure at the successful launch of the platform, MD JKB FSL Syed Adil Bashir said, “The introduction of ‘Quick Board’ is a testament to our commitment to leveraging technology for convenient and efficient customer service. With its launch, we aim to empower people especially in J&K and Ladakh by providing them with the tools and resources needed to engage with the dynamic financial markets, thereby contributing to the region’s economic growth and development.”

Notably, Quick Board has been designed to streamline the online onboarding process for Demat and Trading accounts. Aligning with the latest technologies in the financial industry, the user-friendly platform ensures a seamless and efficient experience for customers.
