J&K Polls: 50.65 percent voter turnout recorded by 3 PM

A voter turnout of 50.65 percent has been recorded in the J&K assembly elections upto 3 pm, which are being held across 24 assembly constituencies. This is the first phase of the elections, taking place in seven districts spread across 24 assembly segments — three districts in Jammu and four in Kashmir. The voter turnout is expected to be significant and may break previous records in some constituencies.
