Srinagar, Mar 09: BJP National General Secretary and In-Charge J&K Tarun Chugh Saturday lashed out at the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD), saying Jammu & Kashmir and its people will “completely get rid of” the alliance in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
He said the alliance “ruined and destroyed” Jammu and Kashmir in their times. “PAGD is an impure and corrupt political alliance aimed to dent the interests of people of J&K,” he said.
Chugh said the constituents of the Gupkar alliance have been rejected by the people of Jammu & Kashmir. “The people of J&K will teach them unforgettable lessons in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. J&K will get complete freedom from such dirty political parties,” he said.
The BJP leader said the people of J&K have come to know about the “humane and pro-people” outlook of PM Modi-led government. “Keeping the last ten years of development in mind, J&K will stamp Modi’s ‘Vikas & Vishwas’ mantra in the upcoming LS polls,” he said.
