Jammu and Kashmir Government has redesignated IAS officers Sarmad Hafeez and Mohammad Aijaz Assad following their promotions to higher pay scales.
As per the official order, Sarmad Hafeez has been designated as Commissioner Secretary, Youth Services and Sports (YSS) Department while Mohammad Aijaz Assad has been appointed as Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department.
The redesignation follows their elevation to Super Time Scale (Level 14 in the pay matrix) and Selection Grade (Level 13 in the pay matrix), respectively.
