Srinagar, Nov 02: Jammu and Kashmir Wednesday emerged runner up in the Sanda events of 31st Senior National Wushu Championship-2022 held at Sher-e-Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex from 28th October to 2nd November 2022,
As per the official J&K emerged runner-up in sanda events with “12 Medals Winners (04) Gold, (03) Silver and (05) Bronze ” medals. Rajinder Singh (Gold), Abhishek (Gold), Surya BhanuPratap (Gold), SahilSambyal (Gold) Goutam (Silver), OwaisSarwar (Silver), Kamran (Silver) Haqeek (Bronze), Naveed (Bronze), Showkat (Bronze) and Tanshiv Raina (Bronze) won medals respectively.
While the services sports control Board topped the list with 93 points and thus won the overall championship trophy, however, All India Police won the second overall championship with 49 points on the points table on the occasion.
