The Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir marked a significant milestone on Wednesday with the successful completion of the Rashtriya Sarvekshan 2024.

This large-scale educational survey saw enthusiastic participation of students of Grade 3rd, 6th, and 9th, representing 2,099 sampled schools throughout the Union Territory.

The Rashtriya Sarvekshan 2024 formerly known as National Achievement Survey, is a flagship initiative aimed at evaluating and enhancing the quality of education in line with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP)2020.

The survey was meticulously organized and executed under the stewardship of Prof. (Dr.) Parikshat Singh Manhas, Director of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Jammu and Kashmir.

Prof. (Dr.) Parikshat Singh Manhas, SCERT J&K ensured seamless coordination across all districts, with robust logistical support and standardized procedures to uphold the integrity and reliability of the survey.

To monitor and support the execution of Rashtriya Sarvekshan 2024, Director SCERT J&K, Professor (Dr.) Parikshat Singh Manhas, visited various survey centers in Jammu.

He reviewed the arrangements, interacted with stakeholders, and ensured compliance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education.

Speaking at one of the centers, Dr. Manhas remarked, “This survey is not just about numbers; it’s about understanding the strengths and challenges within our education system and paving the way for its improvement.”
