Srinagar, Aug 25: JDU President Mr. G M Shaheen conducted multiple programs across Srinagar, Awantipora, Shopian, and Tral on Sunday. While addressing various public gatherings, Shaheen called on the youth of Jammu and Kashmir to engage in the upcoming elections and support the Janata Dal United (JDU), promising a transformative revolution for the region.
Shaheen highlighted several key commitments, including job creation, the international export of apples, and the provision of 500 megawatts of free power. He also promised to waive KCC loans and prioritize government jobs, aiming to make Jammu and Kashmir one of the wealthiest states in India. Additionally, Shaheen vowed to release innocent prisoners and revoke cases against stone pelters.
During these events Shaheen was accompanied by several prominent party leaders, including advisor Riyaz Ah Malik, Jammu Vice President Arun Kumar Gupta, parliamentary chief and spokesperson Amit Kapoor, senior leader and spokesperson Liyakat Ali Dar, south Kashmir in-charge Ishtiyaq Ah, and state organizer Abdul Majeed.
