Inter-House Painting competition on electoral awareness held at GHSS Pallan

Kathua, Sept 09: An Inter-House Painting Competition focusing on Electoral Awareness was successfully organized at Higher Secondary School (HSS) Pallan under the SVEEP on Monday.
The event was held under the guidance of the School Principal who encouraged students to become informed and responsible future voters.
Four houses namely Eco House, Peace House, Wisdom House, Well Being House actively participated in the competition
The event aimed to engage students in meaningful discussions about the importance of voting and civic participation. Through various presentations and performances, students showcased their understanding of the electoral process and the role of citizens in strengthening democracy.
In addition the event was inspected by the Returning Officer (RO) 64-Bilawar AC along with the AC Nodal Officer SVEEP.
The theme of the painting competition was “The Power of Every Vote.” Students from all houses participated, using their creativity to depict the significance of voting and how every vote contributes to shaping the future of the nation. The vibrant artworks reflected the enthusiasm of the students towards the electoral process and the role of citizens in a democracy.
