JAMMU, Sep 11- In a momentous gathering organized by the Amar Ujala Group, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha addressed the Medhavi Chhatra Samman Samaroh in Jammu today, extending his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the high-achieving students of classes 10th and 12th who received this year’s prestigious awards.
