Varanasi, Apr07:Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha recently unveiled the ‘SanatanNavsamvatsarDigdarshika’ published by the KusumMohaleSmritiSanatanNyas, Varanasi. Additionally, he participated in a seminar on Sanatan Culture, commending the Nyas’s efforts in fostering positive societal changes.
During his keynote speech, the Lt Governor emphasized India’s departure from its colonial legacy, noting a resurgence in cultural pride. He expressed optimism, stating that this resurgence has instilled a sense of pride in citizens, who are now dedicated to justice, liberty, equality, and dignity. He also underscored the enduring Indian value system and its timeless culture, highlighting how diverse religious, linguistic, literary, and customary traditions have historically bolstered fraternity and social equity.
Furthermore, the Lt Governor urged social organizations, scholars, and other stakeholders to selflessly uphold the eternally relevant ideals ofSanatan culture, striving towards an egalitarian society. He stressed the importance of preserving India’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage, encouraging everyone to pledge allegiance to its lofty values and walk the path of righteousness.
