Sajjad Khaliq Bhat assumes charge as SSP security Kashmir

Srinagar, April 5 : In a significant reshuffle within the Jammu & Kashmir Police, Sajjad Khaliq Bhat has assumed charge as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Security Kashmir. He succeeds Sheikh Faisal Qayoom, who has been reassigned to a new post.

Upon taking office, SSP Bhat engaged with officers and officials, stressing professionalism, effective coordination, and a citizen-friendly approach to policing. He also reaffirmed his commitment to maintaining strong security measures and ensuring public safety.

Authorities expressed confidence that under Bhat’s leadership, the Security wing of the Kashmir Police will continue to address emerging challenges efficiently.
