Holds One Day Workers Convention in Anantnag
Anantnag, April 25: Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party today organized a workers’ convention at Seer Hamdan Town Hall, witnessing enthusiastic participation from senior leaders and party workers in large numbers. The convention was well organized under the dynamic leadership of Incharge Anantnag East (Shangus) Constituency, M. K. Yogi.
Addressing the gathering, Party General Secretary and former MLA Rafi Ahmad Mir launched a sharp critique of National Conference and People's Democratic Party, alleging that these parties have failed to fulfill the aspirations of the people and misled the public on multiple fronts. He further stated that the present dispensation led by Omar Abdullah has not lived up to public expectations and has fallen short of delivering on its electoral promises.
He urged party workers to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level and gear up with dedication and unity for the upcoming Urban Local Bodies and Panchayat elections.
On the occasion, dozens of people from various political parties joined JKAP, expressing confidence in the party’s vision and leadership.
Among others who addressed the convention included senior leader & Additional General Secretary Hilal Shah, senior Apni Party leader & Constituency Incharge Anantnag East M. K. Yogi along with M. Y. Sofi, Naveed Numbal, Rafiq Magray, Mukhtar Akad, Nisar Nengroo, Veer Israr and District President Anantnag Mufti Sarwar . They emphasized intensified public outreach and called upon workers to remain closely connected with people at the grassroots.
Workers from various areas including Ranipura, Soonch, Kehreebal, Salia, Hutmura, Seer Hamdan, and other far-flung regions attended the convention, reflecting strong organizational presence across the constituency.
