Kulgam, Jun 14: In an extraordinary achievement, twin sisters from Kulgam’s Watoo village have qualified NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) in their first attempt.
The twin sisters, Syed Sabiya and Syed Bisma, daughters of Syed Sajad Hussain, an Imam who leads prayers in Watoo village in Kulgam achieved scores of 625 and 570, respectively, in the NEET 2023 examination.
The two sisters attribute their success to the Almighty, their teachers, and their parents, who provided encouragement and support throughout their journey.
“Our teachers and parents were instrumental in our journey, and their support in boosting our confidence was crucial in cracking the examination,” Sabiya remarked.
She advised students to remain focused and dedicated to their academics instead of dissipating their energy on other activities.
Bisma stated, “Alhamdulillah, my sister and I have passed NEET with good grades, and we are eagerly looking forward to getting admission into a reputable college. Initially, we were apprehensive about the results, but when we discovered that we both qualified, we were overjoyed.”
“My message to all students is to never lose hope, and no task is impossible. If one does not succeed, they should aim to perform better in the following year. The Almighty does not disregard anyone’s efforts. Parents should allow their children to excel in whichever field they choose,” she added.
Their father, Syed Sajad Hussain, expressed his delight, stating, “We were extremely pleased to learn that our daughters have qualified for this prestigious examination. We prayed to the Almighty for the blessing He has bestowed upon us.”
“We share this joy with all our loved ones, and we hope that Allah grants success to everyone else as well,” Hussain concluded.
