Srinagar, June 16: ICICI Bank, one of India’s leading financial institutions, has expanded its presence in the picturesque city of Srinagar by inaugurating its seventh branch in the district on Friday. The new branch, located at Brein Nishat near Vakil Colony, aims to provide enhanced banking services and convenience to the local population.
The highlight of the branch is the state-of-the-art ATM cum Cash Recycler Machine (CRM), which offers customers the convenience of cash deposit and withdrawal services around the clock. With this modern technology, customers can access their funds whenever they need them, ensuring a seamless banking experience.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of Athar Aamir Khan, IAS, Commissioner of Srinagar Municipal Corporation, who inaugurated the branch and symbolized the bank’s commitment to the city’s economic development.
The new branch offers a comprehensive range of financial services, including savings and current accounts, fixed and recurring deposits, auto loans, gold loans, personal loans, and remittance card services. This wide array of services caters to the diverse financial needs of individuals and businesses in the region.
Operating hours for the branch are from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and on the first, third, and fifth Saturdays of the month during the summer season. During winters, the branch will remain open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday to Friday, as well as on the first, third, and fifth Saturdays of the month.
With this latest addition, ICICI Bank’s network in Jammu & Kashmir expands to 58 branches and 76 ATMs, reinforcing its commitment to serving the banking needs of the region. In addition to physical branches and ATMs, ICICI Bank also offers a range of digital banking services, including internet banking via www.icicibank.com and mobile banking, ensuring convenient access to banking services for its large customer base.
The opening of the new ICICI Bank branch in Srinagar signifies the bank’s continued dedication to fostering economic growth and providing accessible banking solutions to the people of the region.
