Jammu, Sept 11: In display of the maneuver of its might, the Indian Air Force (IAF) is going to hold a two-day mega air show in Jammu on September 21st and 22nd to exhibit its grandeur and ability of the fighter pilots while taking on the enemy using country’s fighter jets and the choppers.
“The Surya Kiran Teams of the IAF will carry out this exceptional and attractive air show in Jammu,” Jammu based Defence PRO, Suneel Bartwal informed Rising Kashmir, while adding, “the venue for the people to watch this unprecedented air show at Jammu has beenfinalized”.
During the two-day mega air show, the highly trained fighter pilots of IAF will exhibit their air fighting skills by breathtaking display and dog fight skills from ultra modern fighter jets like Sukhoi, Rafale and also the well equipped helicopters like Apache etc.
This will be a “never seen experience” for the people of Jammu, an official said adding, “the Jammu District administration has been making all arrangements to make the event successful and ensure mass participation of the people”.
The venue for watching this mega air show has been finalised at Technical Airport, Satwari in Jammu.
“We are working on various issues and very soon an open invite will be issued in public domain and anyone desirous of watching this air show of the IAF can come to Technical Airport to watch the air show” Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Jammu, Harvinder Singh informed Rising Kashmir.
