Srinagar, Apr 25: Gulmarg, a world-famous ski resort nestled in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, is undergoing a major revamp that promises to make it even more attractive to tourists from all over the world. With the development of new wooden signage, a proposed Gandola gate, work on Devri, work on the Gandola lawn, and new decks, visitors are in for an exciting time at the tourist destination.
The revamp also includes Gulmarg entry upgrades and beautification. This means that visitors will be greeted with even more attractive entrances and surroundings, enhancing their experience of the resort. The entry upgrade will also help visitors navigate the resort with greater ease and confidence, making it an even more enjoyable experience.
One of the most exciting developments is the painting inside Gulmarg Gandola. The paintings are being done by skilled artisans to enhance the beauty and charm of the Gondola. The work is being carried out under the supervision of MD Cable Corporation’s Ghulam Jeelani Zargar, who is working tirelessly to ensure that the renovations are completed soon.
“The work is being carried out round-the-clock, with night shifts in operation to speed up completion. This dedication to the project is a testament to the level of commitment Gulmarg has to ensure visitors have the best possible experience when visiting the resort,” Zargar told Rising Kashmir.
He said the revamped Gulmarg promises to be a feast for the eyes. With the new wooden signage and proposed Gondola gate, the resort is sure to exude a warm, rustic charm that will transport visitors to a world of natural beauty and awe-inspiring vistas, he said, adding that the Devri work on the Gandola lawn will also serve to enhance the beauty of this already magnificent place.
The MD Cable Corporation further said, “The new decks will offer visitors even more opportunities to enjoy the stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains and forests. Whether visitors prefer to meander along the decks or bask in the warm embrace of the sun as they take in the breathtaking scenery, Gulmarg promises to be a feast for the senses.”
“The revamp is sure to tick all the boxes for visitors seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of Gulmarg’s life. With its stunning natural beauty and new amenities, Gulmarg is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The resort is set to regain its spot as a must-visit destination for ski enthusiasts from all over the world,” Zargar said. “It is a positive development for the resort and the region as a whole. It promises to enhance the natural beauty of the area, provide visitors with new amenities, and help promote tourism in the region. With the dedication of the team behind the project, visitors can look forward to an unforgettable experience at Gulmarg.”
