Poonch, June 23: Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, today reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to resolving public grievances swiftly and satisfactorily.
Interacting with individuals and delegations at Mendhar, Rana listened to concerns and grievances related to civic amenities, road connectivity, development, upgradation of health facilities and tribal welfare.
Rana emphasized that good governance and accountability are top priorities, and the government has accelerated the disposal of grievances to ensure speedy implementation of welfare programs and schemes.
He assured the delegations that all genuine grievances and demands would be looked into, and necessary action would be taken by the concerned departments.
The Minister issued on-the-spot directions for time-bound solutions to some cases, while in others, he asked officers to furnish reports within a specified timeframe.
Rana directed departmental heads to maintain responsiveness towards public issues and ensure timely follow-ups on projected concerns.
