Srinagar, Jan 31: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday ordered the placement, assignment of temporary charge of the posts of Executive Engineers in the Jal Shakti Department.
As per the order no 14 JSD of 2023, issued by Sahil Mahajan, Under Secretary to the Government, Jal Shakti Department on Tuesday reads that sanction is hereby accorded to the placement/assignment of temporary charge as I/C Executive Engineers to the following officers.
The officers which have been assigned charge include Asif Ali Masoodi, Ravi Kumar, Asrar Maqsood, Ashwani Khajuria, Rajinder Kumar Gupta, Irfan Ahmad Dar, Aijaz Ahmad Botu, Abdul Rashid Wani, Sajid Mushtaq Pandit, Nisar Ahmad Dar and Sunil Sharma (ALC).
As per the order, the above arrangement is subject to the placement/assignment of charge is purely to meet administrative exigency without confirming any preferential right upon the officer to claim promotion on a substantive basis till the post is filled under rules following due process, it said.
The order further further states that the placement/assignment of charge is subject to superior claim of any left out officer if found genuine or outcome of legal proceedings pending before Hon’ble Court.
It said, in case the requirement of the borrowing organizations ceases or the officers deputed by the Jal Shakti Department are repatriated, the junior most officers shall be reverted from the higher posts and shall not have any claim of benefit of assignment of temporary charge of the higher post.
In the interest of administration, following transfers/postings of I/c Executive Engineers are ordered with immediate effect.
Mr, Ashwani Khajuria (placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer ) has been posted as I/c Executive Engineer PHE Division Rajouri, Similarly Rajinder Kumar Gupta ( placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer ) has been posted at PHE Division Akhnoor, Sunil Sharma ( place in above as I/C Ex Engineer) has been posted at Hydraulic Division Kishtwar, Riaz Ahmad has been transferred from Irrigation Division Sumbal to PHE Division Poonch.
Sanjay Chopra has been transferred from CVPPPL has been posted T.O to Chief Engineer PHE Deptt. Jammu, Gopal Krishan Gupta ( awaiting orders of posting)has been posted at office of the Chief Engineer, PHE Jammu, Harpal Modi posted at Irrigation & Flood Control Division Handwara has been transferred to Irrigation Division Udhampur.
Similarly Ravi Kumar( placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer ) has been transferred from I/c Division Ex. Engineer Irrigation Division Doda. Rajeev Gupta has been transferred from CVPPPL to T.O. to Chief Engineer, RTIC. Adarsh Kumar has been transferred from PHE Division Rajouri TCC Division, RTIC Kalsotra.
Irfan Ah. Dar (placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer) has been transferred to Hydraulic Division Uri, Nissar Ah. Dar ( placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer) has been transferred to PHE Division Pulwama, AR Wani ( placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer ) has been transferred to PHE Division Shopian)
Ajaz Ah. Bottu ( placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer) has been transferred to PHE Division Baramulla.
Asif Ali ( placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer) has been transferred to Irrigation & Flood Division Kupwara, Masood Ah Wani has been transferred from PHE Division Baramulla and posted at Irrigation and Flood Control Division Handwara.
Altaf Mustafa has been transferred from PHE Division Shopian and posted at Irrigation and Flood Control Division Sopore.
Sajid Mushtaq Pandit ( placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer ) has been transferred to Irrigation Construction Division Pampore.
Asrar Maqsood ( placed in above as I/C Ex Engineer ) has been posted at S&D Division 2nd SMC Srinagar, Amit Abrol has been transferred from Irrigation and Flood Control Kupwara and posted to Shahpur Kandi/Ranjit Sagar Dam Project.
Romesh Paul has been transferred from Irrigation Division Doda and posted at JKSPDC, Muneer Hussain has been transferred from PHE Division Poonch to JKSPDC. Syed Arshad Qadri has been transferred from Irrigation Construction Division Pampore to JKSPDC.
Javed Ah. Lone from PHE Division Pulwama has been posted to JKSPDC.Sunil Kumar has been transferred from JKERA and posted to JKSPDCC and Javaid Iqbal Shah ( awaiting orders of posting) has been posted to JKSPDC.
As per the Order, it is further ordered that Executive Engineer, PHE, Baramulla shall hold the additional charge of Ferozpora Basin Irrigation Division, Tangmarg and Executive Engineer, Hydraulic Division, Bandipora shall hold the additional charge of Irrigation Division Sumbal, till further orders.
“Besides, a post from the leave reserve is also transferred to the office of Chief Engineer, PHE Jammu for drawl of salary of Sh. Gopal Krishan Gupta,” it said.
“ MD, JKSPDC shall further post officers to the CVPPPL and other projects as per his assessment. All the officers shall join their new place of posting without availing any joining time,” reads the order.
