Govt appoints Complaint Officer in GAD

Srinagar, Oct 06: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Friday appointed a ‘Complaint Officer’ in the General Administration Department and issued an order for the same.
As per the government order, in terms of Section 11 of ‘The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act 2019’, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Mr. Irfan Manzoor, JI(AS, Under Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, as ‘Complaint Officer’ in the General Administration Department
