Baramulla, June 18: A grand event was held in the conference hall of the Government Degree College Magam in which many special lectures were delivered on different themes by the teaching faculty of the college.
The programme was organised to foster a better understanding of some of the important and thought-provoking subjects and promote the process of teaching and learning.
College’s Principal, Prof (Dr) Mohammaf Hussain Malik presided over the function while the teachers from various departments were present on the occasion. The lectures were delivered by Head of Department of Kashmiri Prof Izharul Haque and Lecturer of Management Studies Dr Mehraj-ud-Din.
Head of Department, Environmental Science Dr Sameer Farooq Parsa delivered the welcome address while Prof Malik presented a vote of thanks in his presidential address.
