Fully prepared to ensure peaceful yatra, elections in Kashmir: IG CRPF Ops

Srinagar, Mar 7: Inspector General CRPF (Kashmir Operations) M.S. Bhatia said that they are fully prepared for conducting smooth and peaceful events, whether elections or Amarnath Yatra.
Talking to reporters on the sidelines of the inauguration function of a hospital in Tral, he said whenever there is any event; they try to ensure it is held peacefully. “Whenever elections are to be held or there is upcoming Amarnath Yatra, we have already started preparations to ensure these events are conducted peacefully,” he said.
IG CRPF said hospitals of Special Forces are now open for locals, which is a positive step. “Locals, officials, and the general public can come here and receive treatment, which will benefit everyone. We have a blood testing facility and other amenities, he said.
The senior CRPF officer said security agencies are on our toes to complete all requirements and we have already begun the process. All arrangements have been made to maintain law and order”, he said.
