The people here are so helpful and kind, contrary to misconceptions,” they said. They expressed gratitude for the assistance they received during visits to Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Dal Lake, emphasizing that “Kashmiris are not cheaters; they are genuinely helpful.”
A group of tourists from Chennai echoed similar sentiments, describing Kashmir as “a paradise on earth.” They urged their fellow Indians to visit the region, saying, “Despite the cold temperatures, the fresh snowfall in Sonamarg has brought us immense joy. Kashmir truly offers a unique experience.”
Another group of friends from Gujarat, whose friendship spans over 30 years, described their visit as extraordinary. “We have travelled to many places, but Sonamarg is truly special.
