The spectators were treated to a spectacular showdown as both teams battled it out in a 40-over contest.
Winning the toss, Fearless Knight Doda’s captain, Vikas, chose to set the tone by opting to bat first. The team’s opening pair, Ajay Katoch (WK) and Nadeem (Jonny), initiated the innings. While Katoch fell early after contributing 1 run off 11 balls, Nadeem managed to put together 4 runs off 4 balls. The true fireworks began with Harjot Singh, who showcased his batting prowess by amassing a remarkable century, scoring 100 runs off 81 balls with an impressive tally of 18 fours and a six. Shakeel Ahmed Mir continued the onslaught, racking up 112 runs off 84 balls, punctuated by 16 fours and 2 sixes.
