Faheem Bashir: Kashmiri boy making inroads in modelling world

Faheem Bashir, a young model from Khanyar area of Srinagarwas passionate about modelling since childhood, and wanted to do something different in his life.
The 25-year-old artist started modelling when he was 21 year old. In the initial years, he did not know basics of modelling but was very passionate to learn about the same.
After completing his graduation in Srinagar, he went to Delhi and joined JSF World Production in 2019, and completed a diploma in modelling and received training.
During his days at the JSF Production, he participated in a show named Mr. and Miss Face of India wherein he achieved third place which boosted his confidence.
Apart from that he has also participated in many fashion shows which made him known to public. Before that, he took part in many auditions but he was rejected there. However, he didn’t loose hope and continued to pursue his dream.
After completing the course, Faheem returned back to Kashmir and participated in many shows. He also worked as a model in a web series Aurat 2, the shooting of which has mostly happened in Kashmir.
Later, Faheem also got an opportunity and worked with Indian actor Karan Kundra as feature casting. He also acted as lead role in the song “Jadugarni” Haryanavi Song.
In 2021, Faheem was featured in top 10 modelling icons of Kashmir, in the show named Mr Modelling Icon of Kashmir.
Faheem said that one should work hard and be committed to work professionally and that is what counts in the industry. He also advised the aspiring models to learn skills and explore the industry and related opportunities. Faheem is planning to work on his new projects.
