EPFO to organise Nidhi Aapke Nikat progs on May 29

Jammu, May 27: Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, will be holding Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0, an awareness and outreach programme, at DC Office, Shopian; DC Office, Udhampur; Jammu Municipal Corporation, Jammu and IOCL Bottling Plant, Leh on May 29, Monday, simultaneously.
The employers and employees of aforementioned areas would be sensitized about provisions of social security, besides covering themes of EDLI – eligibility, benefits and claims, Keeping track of passbook accounts, the importance of e-nomination, Know Your UAN, UAN activation and member profile – KYC, and UAN-related issues.
The aim of the program is to ensure broad-based participation, awareness, grievance redressal and information exchange network closer to the stakeholders of EPFO, the PF Commissioner Rizwan Uddin said.
He informed that subscribers, pensioners, establishments, employees’ representatives and industrial chambers are advised to actively participate in Nidhi Aapke Nikat Program.
