EPFO conducts Nidhi Aapke Nikat for December

Jammu, Dec 13: EPFO Regional Office, Jammu on Tuesday conducted Nidhi Aapke Nikat and Pension Adalat for the month of December for the stakeholders of Jammu & Kashmir. 
“The EPFO is servicing the entire area from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with regard to the settlement of claims, redressal of grievances, and facilitating stakeholders and so on,” the department said in a statement.
Considering a large number of grievances and to ensure service delivery at the doorstep, various online initiatives of EPFO such as balance inquiry, filing of online claims including transfer and advance claims and members’ basic details were explained with hands-on demonstration, it said. 
Varun from Dishnet Wireless visited the office regarding bank KYC approval and the Establishment’s representative Preetu Raina was contacted over telephonically and directed to approve the KYC. The establishment has reportedly authorised Sriniwas who would approve KYC within two days. 
Sumit Sharma, Naresh Sharma and Sanjay Kumar who have worked in Future Retails in Jammu visited for their transfer-related issues. Their transfer claim (form-13) was submitted online which would be approved by the present employer M/s Monalisa and M/s Excel Security respectively. 
Altaf Hussain, Principal M/s Nawaz Public School Rajouri visited to generate a password. A request letter through user ID was generated during “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” in the chamber of   Rizwan Uddin, P F Commissioner and Ajit Mishra, RC-II was advised to approve the same. A Password was generated and provided to the school on the spot. 
Raviraj Singh submitted a form -19 (final settlement claim for P F) three days ago and approached P F Commissioner during the programme. His claim was initiated immediately by Arun Kumar, SSSA which would be finally processed in a day. 
Transfer claims of Om Prakash (working in B D Security) had earlier worked in M/s Peregrine Guarding appeared in Office. His transfer Claim was submitted online by   Kanchan, DEO. The Member was highly satisfied. The password of Bodh Raj was also reset and he was advised to view his passbook after six hours. E-nomination of Rakesh Kumar was completed by Ms Shilpi, DEO. The password of Gulshan Kumar of M/s Swastik Diagnostic Laboratories was reset by Shilpi, DEO. She also helped him in submitting KYC online. The password of Sanjeev Kumar, an employee of M/s Mcmillion Pharmaceutical of Amritsar was reset and his KCY (Bank and PAN) got submitted through his login. Mukesh Kumar, SS helped some workers and informed them about the status of their claims. 
Ravinder Kour, retired from Indian Oil having PPO No. LDASR00025739 visited the office to update her Digital Life Certificate which was updated. Dapinder Singh, an employee from M/s Monalisa Stores Pvt. Ltd. appeared with a request for updating basic details through Joint Declaration. The matter was taken earnestly and the PF Commissioner gave directions to process the case immediately. The requested updation was affected the same day.
Efforts are made during Nidhi Aapke Nikat programme to redress cases and grievances on the same day or at the earliest.
