Encounter broke out between militants and security forces in Halan forest area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday.
In a tweet, Kashmir Zone Police wrote, “#Encounter has started at high reaches of Halan forest area of #Kulgam district. Army & Kulgam Police are on the job. Further details shall follow.”
