Edu Dept to hire ‘Cluster Resource Coordinators’ in high, hr sec schools in J&K

Srinagar, Aug 12: Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department is going to hire ‘Cluster Resource Coordinators’ for teaching support in high and higher secondary schools on a temporary basis for the academic year 2023-2024 for various districts of the union territory.
The Directors of School Education in Kashmir, as well as Jammu, have advertised a notice to hire ‘Cluster Resource Coordinators’ for ‘teaching support’ in government high and higher secondary schools in various districts of J&K for 2023–24.
This hiring shall be made purely on a temporary basis, and the selection will be based on merit, which will be determined separately for each district and subject-wise. The hiring shall be made up to March 31, 2024, as per the performance and feedback of the school head.
The candidates should be domicile in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. They are required to apply online through the website of the Directorate of School Education, Kashmir and Jammu from August 10 to 20 this month.
In the Kashmir division, 748 teachers will be recruited for 18 subjects in various districts. 45 teachers are to be appointed in Botany, 57 in Chemistry, 15 in Commerce, 40 in Economics, 48 in Education, 30 in Environmental Science, 82 in English, 8 in Geography, 6 in Hindi, 40 in History, 8 in Kashmiri, 100 in Mathematics, 55 in Physics, 60 in Political Science, 30 in Sociology, 6 in Statics, 65 in Urdu, and 53 in Zoology.
In the Jammu division, 748 teachers will be recruited for 18 subjects on a temporary basis in various districts. 80 teachers are to be appointed in Botany, 30 in chemistry, 15 in Commerce, 75 in Economics, 75 in Education, 110 in English, 10 in Geography, 20 in Hindi, 20 in History, 5 in Dogri, 110 in Mathematics, 18 in Physics, 40 in Political Science, 10 in Sociology, 10 in Statistics, 35 in Urdu, 70 in Zoology, and 15 in Computer Science.
