Srinagar, May, 19: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President, Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Vice President and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Tuesday extended their greetings to the people on the occasion of the Urs observances of Syed Muhammad Amin Mantaqi Owaisi Bayhaqi (RA) and Hazrat Syed Shah Qalandar (RA).
The Urs of Syed Muhammad Amin Mantaqi Owaisi Bayhaqi (RA) and Hazrat Syed Shah Qalandar (RA) were observed with traditional devotion at their respective shrines in Aalikadal and Watlar. The duo lauded the spiritual legacy of these revered saints, whose teachings of peace, compassion, and harmony continue to inspire generations across the region.
The duo wished the people of Jammu and Kashmir peace and prosperity on this auspicious occasion and urged everyone to imbibe the values of love, tolerance, and communal harmony exemplified by the saints.
