Srinagar, Aug 13: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference president and Member of Parliament from Srinagar Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah have expressed grief over the demise of the wife of Late Sheikh Ali Muhammad, brother of party leader Sheikh Ghulam Qadir Pardesi. The deceased was the paternal aunt of the party’s Provincial VP Ahsan Pardesi.
The duo prayed for peace to the departed and much-needed strength to the bereaved. Among others Party GS Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Treasurer Shammi Oberoi, PP Nasir Aslam Wani, Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq, Party MPs Muhammad Akbar Lone, Hasnain Masoodi; Senior leaders Mubarak Gul, Shameema Firdous, Irfan Shah, State Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, Provincial Secretary Showkat Mir, YNC Provincial President Salman Ali Sagar, District President Peer Afaq Ahmed, Provincial Women’s Wing President Er. Sabiya Qadri, Media Cell, Social Media, YNC, Women’s Wing, and Minority Wing functionaries have also extended their deepest sympathies and condolences to the bereaved household, the party said in a statement.
