Srinagar, June, 08 : The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah Monday expressed grief over the demise of the wife of veteran party leader and former Minister of State, Late Safdar Beg.
In his condolence message, Dr. Farooq conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. He said the party stands in solidarity with Khawaja Safdar Beg and his family in this hour of grief.
Among others party General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar, Advisor to CM Nasir Aslam Wani, Cabinet Minister Sakina Masood Itoo, MLAs Ab Majeed Larmi, Bashir Veeri, Altaf Ahmad Wani, Provincial President Showkat Mir, party State Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, party functionaries expressed grief over the demise. The leaders expressed solidarity with their son Sibgatullah Beg and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
