DPS Jammu students win positions, trophies in Table Tennis C’ship

Jammu, Dec 24: The students of Delhi Public School (DPS) Jammu brought laurels to the institution and their parents by winning positions and glittering trophies in the 45th J&K UT and Inter-District Table Tennis Championship organized by J&K Table Tennis Association held at MA Stadium, Jammu from December 19 to 23.
The details of the winners, as per an official statement, are: Mishti Aggarwal (X) – 1st position in U-15 girls category & 2nd position in U-17 girls category; Ragini Gupta (IX) – 1st position in U-17 girls category & 2nd position in women’s category; Iknoor Kour (XI) – 1st position in women’s category; Alena Arora (III) – 2nd position in U-11 girls category; Rudraksh Sharma (IX) – 2nd position in U-15 boys category; and Gourav Singh (VIII) – 2nd position in U-13 boys category.
Further, Alena Arora (III), Gourav Singh (VIII), Pranit Gupta (VI), Ayaan Gupta (VIII), Yasha Shree (VI), Gunjan (V), Rudraksh Sharma (IX), Mishti Aggarwal (X), Iknoor Kour (XI), Ragini Gupta (IX) have been selected for the national level championship to be held later.
Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners, their parents and their coach, Ms. Meenu Ragesh for their support.
President-RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh, PVC, Dr. Kuwarani Ritu Singh and Director, S.S Sodhi congratulated all the winners and extended their best wishes for all their future endeavors.
